For ages 7 years to 99+ years, join us for a Kung Fu Long Staff Clinic. We will cover basic strikes, blocks, and practice with partner drills. 

You will need to bring your own stick – a wooden dowel or a walking stick will do. Ask us if you need recommendations or have any further questions. Please note the stick will get bruised during drills.
