The Reborn Method: Balance, Power, and Longevity

Wudang Kung Fu is a world-renowned internal martial art born in the Wudang Mountains and deeply rooted in Daoist philosophy. At Reborn Martial Arts, we teach this ancient lineage—including Tai Chi, Baguazhang, and Xingyiquan—as a holistic system that cultivates internal energy (Qi) while using fluidity and softness to overcome brute strength.

A Comprehensive Approach to Wellness

Our program offers more than just physical movement; it is a blueprint for total-body wellness. By integrating meditation, breathwork, and visualization with the practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, we help our students:

  • Reconnect with the body’s natural healing abilities.

  • Improve functional mobility and physical longevity.

  • Sharpen mental focus and emotional resilience.

Martial Intent, Accessible Fitness

We believe the most effective way to absorb these arts is to understand their original purpose. At Reborn, we focus heavily on the practical application of techniques for self-defense. By training with martial intent, students gain a deeper mastery of the movements, which in turn unlocks the greatest health benefits.

While we are dedicated to martial excellence, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone. We provide a variety of exercise modifications, ensuring that students of all levels and physical abilities can train safely and effectively.

“The most enjoyable and relatable martial arts classes I’ve experienced. I’m so glad I was introduced to Master Chris and his style. Classes are fun and engaging, and there is never any judgement for being new, slow, awkward, or physically unable to perform some of the moves (alternatives are provided and encouraged). Every move is described in detail, broken down into as many individual steps as needed, and associated with a practical self-defense application. Classes include learning fluid forms, drills to perfect individual techniques, and partner work to practice moves one-on-one. I joined Reborn to improve my fitness level and get back into martial arts after decades away. Now I also I have the confidence that I can defend myself (though I hope I never need to), some beautiful flow moves I can show off for fun, and a whole bunch of people I enjoy spending time with each week. I highly recommend Reborn to anyone with an interest in learning martial arts in a pressure-free setting.”
