Low Impact/Tai Chi

This Reborn Martial Arts Low Impact/Tai Chi Curriculum offers a wide array of total body health and wellness cultivation drills based on practices such as meditation, breath work, visualizations, Qigong, and Tai Chi. In this program, you will reconnect with your body’s natural ability to heal, increase your mobility and balance, and find greater focus and clarity through seated and moving meditation. This is a low-impact class that will teach the principles of the martial arts forms without repetitive impacts, partner contact, or falls.

Classes are fun and engaging, and there is never any judgement for being new, slow, awkward, or physically unable to perform some of the moves (alternatives are provided and encouraged). Every move is described in detail, broken down into as many individual steps as needed, and associated with a practical self-defense application.
